These reforms are presented in Vertex Flow's main version 20.0.00 (Vertex 2020)



These functionalities are only available to the system administrator, who is a member of the admin group.

If there are any exceptions to this, they are listed for that property.

Editing cards is now at the end of a shortcut

You can edit your objects cards and search result lists using the shortcut.

The fields added by the Vertex Systems will now be added to your custom object cards

When Flow's main version is updated, Vertex Systems has been able to add new fields to different objects.

  • Such a new field is, for example, a field of Action related to the expiration of a document.
  • If the client has not edited the Object Page, Search Page, Box Result or Row Result, these fields will be displayed to the client without any special function.
  • If the those objects has been edited, this new field should be added to the Page or Result if necessary.
    • Without this software change, the fields added by Vertex Systems did not appear among the potentially added fields.

Get a item description in the Message Templates

The change of status of a item has long been associated with the possibility of sending a message to the responsible person. This message has a missing description field.

  • Now, this description field can be added to the Message Templates with a <NAMEUI> tag.



Adjust the order of the Code series

Now you can adjust the order in which the program lists the code sets when the user selects the series.

  • Portaali > Systems Administration > Miscellaneous > Code series > Object type depending code series.
  • In the Order field, enter an order indicating the order.

Add a checkbox to the object page

You can now add a Checkbox to the Object Page when you edit it.

Create roles for your projects

Project roles are used to grant rights. For example, you can define specific rights in a general rule for a project manager and design, and then select individuals for these roles per project.

  • This feature makes it easier to use the general Permission Rules.
  • Portaali > Systems Administration > Users and Permissions > Roles



Deleted Function "Create another rule with this permission matrix"

This functionality has been removed as unnecessary.

  • The operation complicated the management of the rules, as it was not clear which Permission matrix affected the change.
